Join us early for dinner and to shop our Winter Concert Raffle. For this concert, CIMA will be hosting a pasta bar along with the traditional cakes, cookies, and other sweets to help raise money for our music program.

Many hands make light work - please sign up to bring a: main dish, side, beverage, or dessert. We all also need several shifts of servers and helpers.  Helpers are able to rotate out so they can see their children perform.

Raffle Donations
Raffle Basket Fundraiser
It's that time of the year to be filled with the spirit of the season as we begin to fill raffle baskets for the winter concerts!
CIMA is asking for Raffle Item donations from individuals or local businesses.  These could be gift cards/certificates to local shops and restaurants, tickets to events or venues, or miscellaneous items that can be used to fill baskets.

Don't have an item to donate? Please consider a small cash donation that CIMA can use to purchase items to make this season's raffle one to remember.

Please drop off donations in the music office located in room 601. Click the button below to email Mr. Dwyer and arrange a drop-off.

Concert Etiquette
As the audience, you are an important part of a concert. The audience’s responsibility at formal concerts is to honor the efforts of the performers by providing a listening atmosphere in which all can appreciate their performance. To that end, we ask your cooperation:
  • Please make sure all cell phones and electronic devices are turned off. Cell phones can interfere with wireless microphones and recording equipment, as well as creating unwanted noise.
  • While the performance is in progress, please remain seated and quiet. (If it becomes necessary to leave the auditorium, please do so between musical selections.)
  • If very young children become restless and disrupt others' ability to listen, please take them from the auditorium until they are quiet.
  • Please do not hum or clap along with the performers, unless specifically invited to do so.
  • Show your appreciation for the performance by clapping after each selection. Whistling and cheering are not appropriate at a formal concert.
  • Finally, students are being supervised in warm-up rooms prior to their performances. Once your child is done performing, we ask that you meet them at their designated warm-up room and either take them home or supervise them during the remainder of the program.  The students have been encouraged to stay in order to support their friends in the other ensembles.
We have all worked very hard to prepare an exceptional evening of music for everyone to enjoy. Thank you, in advance, for your assistance in helping this to be a wonderful experience for all of us!
